Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website and services, including interior design, turnkey projects, architectural services, and construction solutions. Services Provided

Interior designing, construction, and turnkey project management. Architectural and space planning solutions. Custom furniture and decor services. All services are subject to availability and project-specific contracts.

Payment & Pricing

Prices for our services will be outlined in project proposals. A 40% non-refundable advance payment is required before work begins. Remaining payments must be made in installments as per project milestones. Late payments (beyond 15 days) will incur an 18% annual interest. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, plans, and concepts created by The Design Directors remain our intellectual property. Clients cannot copy, reproduce, or share our designs without written permission.

Project Timelines & Changes

Estimated project timelines may change due to unforeseen factors like approvals, material availability, or force majeure events. Any change requests must be submitted in writing and may impact cost and timelines.

Material Selection & Substitution

We ensure quality materials, but variations in texture and color may occur. If a selected material is unavailable, we may substitute it with an equivalent alternative.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide site access for project execution. Delays due to restricted access may affect timelines and costs.

Warranties & Liabilities

We provide a 6-month workmanship warranty (excluding normal wear & tear or misuse). We are not liable for structural issues, water seepage, or pre-existing building defects.

Cancellations & Refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after initiation, the Client must pay for completed work and procured materials. We may terminate the contract for non-payment, non-cooperation, or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Legal jurisdiction:Uttar Pradesh India.

Website Usage

Users must not misuse our website, including unauthorized copying of content or fraudulent activities.
